The document is reviewed for completeness, and the appropriate oath, affirmation, or declaration is administered.
3. Signing
You sign the document in front of the Commissioner. The Commissioner then signs and applies the official seal.
4. Document Issued
Your commissioned document is returned to you immediately, ready for use.
